Victor started his serious study of Buddhism in 1995. He received his Novice Dharma Teacher ordination in August of 2002. In December of 2004 he received full ordination at the International Buddhist Mediation Center. Today he gives dharma talks at I.B.M.C. and is an active member of their prisoner correspondence program.
